How To Measure

1 Neck Measure at the center of the neck (over the larynx), keeping the tape slightly loose.
2 Sleeve With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of your neck along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.
3 Chest/Bust Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
4 Under Bust Measure directly under the bust, around the rib cage, keeping the tape snug and parallel to the floor.
5 Waist Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.
6 Hip Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Inseam: measure from the crotch seam to the ankle bone along the inside of the leg. Feet: trace your foot on paper at the end of the day and measure heel to longest toe.
